Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Pickup will be attempted once. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • A 150 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.
  • Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
  • The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 5-6 business days to be credited to your account.
